PlaceForPros' Contractors Program Terms & Conditions
Please carefully read and review the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") before registering as a contractor at PlaceForPros.com. By registering as a contractor, you agree to comply with these Terms and accept the obligations and benefits outlined herein.
1. Registration and Acceptance
When you register as a contractor at PlaceForPros.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Your acceptance of these Terms signifies your commitment to abide by the rules and requirements set forth by PlaceForPros.
2. Trimestral Review
Every quarter, PlaceForPros will conduct a review of your purchase amount to determine whether you qualify to continue as a ProGold or ProPlatinum member. The review will be based on your total purchases made within the previous three months.
3. Upgrading to ProPlatinum
To upgrade from ProGold to ProPlatinum level, you must achieve a minimum purchase amount of $20,000 per year, averaged at $1,667 per month, over a period of two quarters. Once the required purchase threshold is met, you will be automatically upgraded to the ProPlatinum level, unlocking additional benefits.
4. Validation of Information
Upon registration, PlaceForPros will validate the information provided by the contractor. This may include verifying business credentials, licenses, and other relevant details. Once the information is validated, special prices will be assigned to the contractor's account, allowing them to access exclusive pricing benefits.
5. Free Registration
Registration as a contractor with PlaceForPros is free of charge. However, all contractors must comply with the Terms and Conditions outlined in this agreement to maintain their membership status.
