PlaceForPros Shipping Conditions
Order Processing:
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2 PM ET will be processed and shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 2 PM ET will be processed on the following business day.
Orders placed on weekend days will be processed on Monday morning, if it is a holiday the order will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Timeframe:
Most in-stock products will be shipped on the same day.
Please allow approximately 3-5 days for your order to arrive.
If the tracking shows "delivered," and you didn't receive the order, please check with your neighbors first. If needed, contact us at service@placeforpros.com to initiate an investigation.
Authorization Notice:
In some cases, particularly for orders with different billing and shipping addresses, further authorization may be required.
Our customer service team may request a photocopy of the purchaser's license and purchasing credit card before shipping the order.
Free Shipping:
Free ground shipping is available for customers residing in the contiguous United States and where orders are $799 dollars or more for products with weight below 35 Lbs and shipped to contiguous United States.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other non-contiguous locations.
If you place an order from these regions, we will contact you to discuss any additional charges before shipping your order.
Special Cases and Small Package Shipments:
In rare situations where our freight carriers do not service a customer's location or there are additional charges involved, we will contact you before processing your order.
We utilize UPS Ground for shipping, if you want to use another shipping company please write us and we can help you with this.
Signature requirements for shipments are determined at our discretion as well.
